Monica is a second year mechanical engineer. She is involved with SWE, PTS, and IAESTE. She hopes to find a career in sustainable product design. She was born and raised in Santa Cruz. She loves Berkeley because it is politically similiar to Santa Cruz, yet in a more urban setting. The one thing she misses about Santa Cruz is the ability to go down to the beach whenever she feels like it.
