BAD Design: I own a mount ready television that also works as a computer monitor. It also has a DVD slot on the upper left hand side of the TV. Being that I used this product every day I have found both good and bad things about it. First and foremost, the DVD player is very high up and an inconvenience to use when you have mounted the TV on a wall. The place on which all the audio, video, and computer monitor plug in are on the back of the TV and its hard to plug anything in there because there isn’t a lot of room between the dashboard and the TV. Also there are a lot of cables hanging from the TV to the floor or a plug. The aesthetics of the mounted TV could be improved. Some improvements that I believe to be feasible and better for this product would be manufacturing an additional piece. This piece would take a form of a box. It would be a box which would have Bluetooth technology as well as the TV itself. This Box would be used as a connection monitor. It would have all the plugs such as the video in/out, audio in/out, the monitor connection, the cable connection an s-video connection and it would have a DVD slot. This box can be placed anywhere but at a reachable distance so that the Bluetooth signal will work well. You can now mount your TV anywhere without worrying about cables hanging, you can use it as a computer monitor and it would be so much easier to insert and eject a DVD being that you can place this box at a more reachable place.

My Better Version of the TV: My better version of the TV has more technological advances such as Bluetooth technology which will bring up the cost of production and I am not sure if it is economically productive to create a new and improved TV. Maybe the cost of production would be too high and profits will decrease.

A GOOD DESIGN: I own a cork for alcohol or wine bottles. I think that the cork has a good design because it is not hard to open. It has a little hinge which you pull up and the cork is loosen and easy to take out from the bottle. Unlike another cork I own, which I always struggle to take out because its like a regular cork that you push in and pull out, this other cork has never made me break a sweat trying to open a bottle.
