Course Petition

From IEOR 170 Spring 2007

Everyone in the class, whether your are enrolled or on the waitlist, must submit the following course petition. We will use the petition information to determine which waitlisted students are admitted to the class. We will also be using the information to assign groups for the class project -- so it is important for you to fill this out even if you are enrolled in the class.
